For Individuals
The goal of the Pledge for Individuals is to give individual artists an opportunity to support and advocate for the equity and inclusivity of Black artists in their day-to-day experiences and interactions. While the Pledge for Organizations primarily focuses on equity and inclusivity at the structural level, we believe that individual artists have a significant role to play in helping to create spaces where Black people feel safe, supported, enabled, and empowered to self-advocate in their experiences of anti-Blackness.
